Once confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 7 days of the request.

Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
One-time exchange is allowed per order.
Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
If the desired product/size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
Customers must bear the courier charges for reverse pickup.
After a quick quality check, your replacement will be dispatched.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
